Eagle Resorts RV Park ("we," "us," or "our") operates the RV park and boat and RV storage facility at 4627 Robertson Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76135.

By using the Website, submitting a form, making a reservation, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Reservations and Park Policies

These Terms cover your use of the Website and our communications. Your stay or storage rental is also governed by the reservation terms, rental agreement, and park rules provided at booking or check in. If anything in these Terms conflicts with those documents, those documents control.

• Site availability, rates, and promotions shown on the Website are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed.
• Deposits, cancellations, refunds, and check in and check out times are handled according to the reservation terms provided at booking.
• Please confirm that your RV, trailer, or boat will fit the site or space you reserve, including length, height, and slide outs.
• Photos and descriptions on the Website are representative and may not show the exact site you reserve.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any reservation, including in the case of pricing errors or violations of park rules.

Online Booking

Online reservations are processed through a third party booking provider. When you book online, you also agree to that provider's terms and privacy policy. We do not store payment card numbers on the Website.

Text Messaging Terms

Program description: Eagle Resorts RV Park sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages may include reservation confirmations, reminders, check in information, park updates, responses to your questions, and, if you opt in to them, occasional promotional offers.

How you opt in: You can opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the text message consent box on our website forms, by giving consent when you make a reservation, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a reservation or purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your reservation and requests.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again.
